Invite Team Members

Adding team members lets you:- Distribute client management workload
- Assign specific clients to specific people
- Track who does what in activity logs
- Collaborate on forms and contracts
- Scale your onboarding operations ---
- Free: 1 user only (you)
- Pro: Unlimited users
- Business: Unlimited users + advanced permissions Check your current plan in Settings → Billing. ---
- Click Settings in the sidebar
- Select Team tab
- Click + Invite Team Member button ---
- Full access to everything
- Can manage team and billing
- Best for: Owners, managers Member
- Can manage clients and content
- Cannot edit settings or billing

- Team member receives invitation email
- They click the invitation link
- They create their password
- They get access to your organization ---
- Personalized greeting
- Your organization name
- Invitation link (expires in 7 days)
- Instructions to create account ---
- Create password
- Complete profile
- Access your organization
- See assigned clients (if any) ---
- All team members
- Their roles
- Join date
- Last active date
- Invitation status ---
- Click on team member name
- Select Edit
- Change role
- Click Save Note: Only Admins can edit team members. ---
- Click on team member name
- Select Remove
- Confirm removal What happens:
- They lose access immediately
- Their assigned clients remain
- Activity log entries persist ---
- Go to Settings → Team
- Find pending invitation
- Click Resend Invitation Pro Tip: Check their spam folder first. ---
- Go to Clients
- Select a client
- Click Assign To
- Choose team member
- Click Assign Benefits:
- Team member sees only their clients
- Clear ownership and responsibility
